WSU Facilities Services-Motor Pool has made the transition from AIS systems applications to AiM in preparation for the University’s move to Workday later this year. The most significant changes to customers will be in how charges are billed for service to department owned vehicles, fuel charges, and for long and short term rentals. Billing will occur monthly through AiM and statements will be emailed in a format similar to Facilities Services work order/project billing summary statements.
A new request form for daily/short term rentals has been developed and is ready to be used! Please visit the motor pool tile on myFacilities.wsu.edu or https://motorpool.fais.wsu.edu/request.aspx to submit your rental request.
