Next WSU COVID‑19 online town hall happening May 29

The next COVID‑19 online town hall is scheduled to take place May 29.

The virtual event will be broadcast live beginning at 11 a.m. on YouTube. Questions can be submitted ahead of time using an online submission form.

WSU President Kirk Schulz will be joined by Interim Provost Bryan Slinker, Vice President for Finance and Administration Stacy Pearson and Theresa Elliot‑Cheslek, vice president and chief human resources officer.

Updates on the next steps in planning for the fall semester will be shared. University leaders will also discuss pending guidance for the eventual return to WSU work locations, the university’s 10% budget cutting exercise and the resumption of research activities.

All of the university’s past virtual town halls can be watched through the Experience WSU website.
