The Administrative Professional Advisory Council (APAC) invites applications from interested administrative professional (AP) personnel to fill vacancies on the Council.

Openings are for one (1) Pullman council position for a  three (3) year term beginning July 1, 2020  and seven (7) alternate positions that serve a one (1) term. We encourage any APs from all WSU locations to apply as we have alternate positions available to help represent your area.

Deadline for applications is 5:00 PM (PST) on Tuesday, March 31, 2020

The purpose of the Administrative Professional Advisory Council is to serve as a liaison between the administrative professional (AP) employees and central administration and to effectively communicate important issues.

APAC objectives:

  • Serve in an advisory capacity regarding AP issues;
  • Represent the interests of AP employees;
  • Provide a forum where AP employees can discuss University-related issues of mutual interest; and
  • Disseminate information between AP staff and WSU administration.

APAC members meet for 1.5 hours each month. Members have opportunities to serve on subcommittees, which may require additional time.

AP employees interested in serving on the council can complete and submit an application on the APAC website.
