Two WSU‑affiliated corporations set annual meetings

PULLMAN, Wash. – Two non‑profit corporations affiliated with Washington State University have announced their annual meetings.

On Tuesday, Sept. 17, the board of directors of Global Operations and Leadership Development (GOLD) will hold its Annual Meeting at 10 a.m. The meeting will be held in French Administration Building, Room 422 in Pullman.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive annual updates from GOLD’s subsidiary corporations, conduct corporate business, elect officers, approve minutes, establish the 2020 annual meeting date, and discuss other corporate business, as needed.

On Thursday, Sept. 19, the board of directors of WSU International Development (WSU ID), will hold its annual meeting. It will be held at 3 p.m. in Lighty Student Services Building, Room 401, in Pullman.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive annual updates of the corporation’s activities and finances, conduct corporate business, elect officers, approve minutes, establish the 2020 annual meeting date, and discuss other corporate business, as needed.
