Sept. 5: Physics & Astronomy celebrates 100 years of education, discovery, innovation

Marking a century of achievements in physics and astronomy at WSU, events throughout AY 2019-20 will feature prominent speakers on a wide range of topics, beginning with an insightful look at the legacy of two renowned physics professors, J. Thomas Dickinson and the late Paul Anderson.

Highlights of the launch event on Thursday, Sept. 5, include a Distinguished Colloquium presented by Dr. Dickinson, 4:10-5:00 p.m., followed by dedication of the J. Thomas Dickinson Undergraduate Study in Webster Hall and a reception for alumni and the entire WSU Community on Webster Mall, WSU Pullman.
