In her new role, Neuilly will direct training and development activities for department chairs and directors; direct New Faculty Orientation and the new faculty seminar series; oversee faculty professional development activities; serve as the Provost’s Office liaison to WSU’s ADVANCE program; serve as the chair for the Showcase Steering Committee; and work collaboratively with faculty groups dedicated to faculty development and improvement of faculty life.

Neuilly is an associate professor in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at WSU. Neuilly conducts comparative research on violence and violent death.
