Network bandwidth updates on Sept. 4

Current network connectivity resources are scheduled for an upgrade on September 4, between the hours of 5 and 7 a.m.

There is no expected network outage, however users should avoid network critical operations during the maintenance window noted above.

This change will effectively double WSU’s external bandwidth, improving network connectivity to all WSU campuses and units, and to the rest of the world’s sites, such as Google, Microsoft, other universities, etc.
