Exit Survey results from 2018 now available

Former WSU employees indicated they most enjoyed the benefits package and professional development, but least enjoyed their pay and advancement opportunities, according to Exit Survey data compiled by Human Resource Services for the 2018 fiscal year.

The survey also found that among respondents who had voluntarily separated from WSU the primary reason cited was quality of supervision.

The information was collected by HRS as part of the University’s continuing efforts to recruit, develop, and retain an outstanding, diverse, and fully engaged workforce. Employees leaving the University are given an opportunity to provide anonymous responses to a range of Exit Survey questions.
