Multicultural Student Services hosts DACA/Undocumented myth-busting workshops

Multicultural Student Services is hosting a series of DACA/Undocumented myth-busting workshops this January and February. All students and staff are encouraged to attend.

The workshop schedule is:

  • Noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 10 in the CUB, Room 208 – Myth Buster: You are eligible to pay in-state tuition and request state financial aid.
  • Noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 17 in the CUB, Room 208 – Myth Buster: You can attend college in Washington State with or without DACA status.
  • Noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 24 in the CUB, Room 208 – Myth Buster: Your DACA is valid until its expiration date.
  • Noon to 1 p.m. Jan. 31 in the CUB, Room 208 – Myth Buster: Your DACA/Undocumented status can and should remain private.
  • Noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 7 in the CUB, Room 208 – Myth Buster: You will remain eligible to receive Work Study.
  • Noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 14 in the CUB, Room 208 – Myth Buster: You are eligible to receive the College Bound Scholarship.
