Celebrate Leadership Month with the Leadership Collaborative Group at Washington State University.
This campus-wide celebration invites all WSU students, faculty and staff to participate in workshops, activities and conferences held throughout the month of September. Events are designed to create community and get individuals outside their comfort zone to be active and informed citizens.
Events begin with the #WhereRespectHappens Leadership Month Kickoff at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 5 on the Terrell Mall.
The celebration will focus on the national Student Affairs in Higher Education Consortium (SAHEC) message of #WhereRespectHappens, to provide thoughtful leadership in a time of uncertainty and to support students as they navigate very challenging situations on campus as well as their own inner turmoil about the future.

Leadership Month will conclude with the region’s largest leadership conference. Held on the WSU campus, the Pacific Northwest Collegiate Leadership Conference, is an all-day event on Saturday, Sept. 30.
The conference features spoken word poet Rudy Francisco and more than 35 workshops to choose from. WSU Pullman students can register for free. WSU students on other campuses are $15, and non-WSU students are $25. Students can register for the conference through Cougsync. Deadline to register is Friday, Sept. 22.
