Join our evaluation of aged white cheddar cheese!
When: Wednesday, March 22
Time: From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (or until we run out of samples)
Place: FSHN Building, Room 146
We are looking for volunteers to evaluate the sensory quality of White Cheddar Cheese. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. The test will take about 20 minutes of your time.
