Grand opening for Terrell Library’s new Palouse Study Lounge set Feb. 9

A grand opening for a new study lounge in Terrell Library will be held on Thursday, Feb. 9. Open to the university community and the public, the event takes place from 3-4:30 p.m. in the Palouse Study Lounge on Terrell Library Atrium’s ground floor. Refreshments will be served.

Located in the space formerly used for Media, Materials and Reserves, the Palouse Study Lounge has up-to-date technology access, private rooms with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and movable, comfortable furniture. In addition, the lounge features mural reproductions of images by local photographer Alison Meyer of the region’s rolling hills, wheat fields and iconic Palouse Falls.

Palouse Study Lounge private rooms will be reservable later in the month. To book a room, visit https://calendar.libraries.wsu.edu/rooms.php?i=102.
