Feb. 10 – Award Administration: Parts One and Two (Videoconferenced)

The first two sections of the four-part series dealing with how to administer an award focus on:

– The rules and regulations regarding expenditures imposed by various external and internal entities
– Sponsored Project Activity Request (SPAR), Expense Transfer Request (ETR)
– Self-sponsored Research/Conference account Request (Sideways Form)
– Expense Assignment Actions (EAA, justification for retroactive transfers only)
– The Subcontract request form

This session takes place on February 10, 9-11 a.m.
