Academic Outreach and Innovation is a one-stop shop for WSU faculty, staff, and teaching assistants who want to sample and learn about cutting-edge educational technology.
The Technology Test Kitchen will be hosting its first fall open house starting at 11 a.m. on Sept. 2 in Holland 150. Faculty, staff, and TAs are encouraged to stop by and explore the free and easy tech tools that can help enhance your Blackboard Learn course. Some of the tools explored in this session include Piazza, SafeAssign, Panopto and VoiceThread.

Academic Outreach and Innovation has also created an asynchronous community space in Blackboard Learn for members interested in using and discussing academic technology throughout the WSU system. In the online space you will be able to try out new tools and share feedback on how best to implement them. The site focuses on technology such as:

- Quick Response Systems
- General University Classrooms
- Instruction at WSU via Video Conferencing
