Apricots join fruit sale at WSU Tukey Orchard this weekend

cherries-small-webPULLMAN, Wash. – Fruit sales at Washington State University’s Tukey Horticulture Orchard will continue this weekend with the addition of apricots.

Hours are noon-6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m-6 p.m. Saturday. The orchard is located at the junction of Terre View Drive and Airport Road.

cherries-on-table-in-orchard-webAll fruit is u-pick and payment can only be made by cash or check. The orchard will also have a variety of purple sweet cherries, Rainier cherries and sour (pie) cherries for sale.

Sales will continue through July as long as fruit is available. Proceeds support orchard operations.
