Cougar quality meats 4th of July grilling sale

We have handmade Wagyu and Angus burgers ready for your 4th of July celebration. Burgers weigh about 1/3 lb each and there are four/package. Wagyu burgers are $11.00/lb and Angus burgers are $7.50/lb. If you want to make your own gourmet burgers, we also have ground beef in 1½ lb packages. Wagyu ground beef is $9.00/lb and Angus ground beef is $6.00/lb. Cougar brand Smokie sausages are $7.99/package. There is also a limited supply of pepperoni – $12/package.

Beef will be available for purchase at the WSU Meat Science Laboratory on Thursday, June 30, from 3 – 5:30 p.m. and on Friday, July 1, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Discounts available for bulk purchases. Cash, checks, and credit cards accepted. For more information, email jennifer_michal@wsu.edu.
