Treat grads and moms to fresh, high-quality angus or wagyu beef!

Thinking of having a barbecue this weekend to celebrate graduation and Mother’s Day? Cougar Quality Meats will be selling fresh and ready-to-grill Choice- and Prime-grade beef from WSU Angus and Wagyu cattle at the Meat Science Laboratory on Friday, May 6, from 2 – 6 p.m. and on Saturday, May 7, from 8 – 11 a.m. We will have a wide variety of steaks including filet mignon, New York strip, and flat iron, among others, for sale. Kebob meat, flanken-style ribs, and hand-pressed hamburgers will also be available. Fresh meat will be available for local pickup only. Prices will be posted at https://www.facebook.com/wsuanimalsciences on Thursday afternoon.
