Sensory Training for Cheese

 You are invited to participate in a panel of subjects trained to evaluate cheese for various sensory characteristics such as aroma, flavor, taste, and texture. There will be twelve initial training sessions followed by formal evaluations at specified times throughout one year. The initial training sessions are proposed to begin the week of Monday, March 21 and will be held MW in the late afternoon, for six weeks, until Wednesday, April 27.

The first formal evaluation session will be held on the proposed date of Wednesday, May 18 (time TBD) and the following formal evaluations will be discussed once the panel is established. Please keep in mind this is a yearlong commitment. You will receive a Ferdinand’s coupon after each session and a gift at the end of the panel. Thank you for your consideration!
