People are the foundation of your institution, and your job is to help identify the candidates that are most likely to make a lasting contribution to your educational community. But finding and keeping the right talent isn’t always easy. Join Sharon Ewles from Mott Community College and Jann Gillingham, Higher Education Industry Specialist, as they identify the challenges in talent acquisition today and share solutions you may not even realize exist!

After the webinar, you’ll be able to:

1. Apply ways to reduce your organization’s “time-to-hire” in order to lock in the best talent first.
2. Understand why some hiring tools have an adverse impact on protected classes and learn to avoid bias during the hiring process.
3. Identify the “soft skills” necessary for individual positions and why they can be even more important that the “hard” skills.
4. Discover the leadership potential of your candidates even before they’re hired, and impact succession planning.
