Be Well with Wellcoug!

WSU Wellcoug would like to bring attention to two different wellness issues you can take advantage of this Fall. Flu shots are available throughout the flu season through your PEBB health care provider, covered pharmacy, and on campus at the Health and Wellness Services every Friday through the rest of October from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In addition, WSU has several options for quitting tobacco products.  If you are interested in pursuing free tobacco cessation programs, please click your health plan for  information, including how to participate:  Uniform, Group Health or Kaiser.  Other services are also available through the Employee Assistance Program, Health and Wellness Services and the College of Nursing.

By the way, are you wondering what Wellcoug is?  Visit hrs.wsu.edu/wellcoug to learn more!
