Electronic Request for Shipment of Merchandise

The Office of Procedures, Records, and Forms and Central Receiving are pleased to announce the availability of a new electronic Request for Shipment of Merchandise for use by University departments shipping merchandise from the Pullman campus. This online form is the second form to be included in a browser-based University E-Forms System that is accessed using Network ID through the single sign-on process.

Employees who have previously used the online Travel Expense Voucher will find the new form easy to process. Those new to electronic forms may attend training conducted by the staff of the Office of Procedures, Records,  and Forms. Employees may sign up for the training through the HRS website at:
