Five New Members Appointed to WSU Vancouver Advisory Council

VANCOUVER, Wash. — Five new members have been appointed to the Washington State University Vancouver Advisory Council this fall, including John White, president of JD White Co.; Christine Wamsley, director of medical expansion for Southwest Washington Medical Center; Mike Worthy, president and chief executive officer at Bank of Clark County; Bart Phillips, president of the Columbia River Economic Development Council; and Ed Little, principal of Alki Middle School and president of the WSU Alumni Association.

They replace Jon Shroyer; Donnie Griffin, interim deputy director of human services, state of Oregon; and Arch Miller, president and chief executive officer of Executive Forum.

Each member is appointed to the council by WSU President V. Lane Rawlins to advise him and Hal Dengerink, campus executive officer and dean, on academic, research and community partnership issues relevant to the campus and its continued growth.
