Eat Like Anthony Bourdain

Experience the taste of famous world culinary enthusiast Anthony Bourdain at the WSU dining centers Feb. 24-26. Choose from dishes inspired by the traveling chef including a bacon cheddar burger, spaghetti or linguine with fresh tomato sauce and basil, steak au poivre, mushroom soup and Tony’s Favorite French Fries. Days and locations are listed below:

  • Feb. 25, Lunch at Hillside Café
  • Feb. 26, Lunch at Northside Café
