PEBB Eligible Employees: REMINDER – Turn in Dependent Verification Documentation!

If you have enrolled, or will be enrolling, a new family member for the 2014 plan year, you will need to submit valid Dependent Verification documents with your completed 2014 enrollment form to the Pullman Human Resource Services (HRS) office. These documents will need to be received by HRS no later than November 30^th, but remember the last working day in November is the 27^th!

For the 2014 enrollment form, and to see a list of valid dependent verification documents, visit https://hrs.wsu.edu/openenrollment2014 and select the “Medical/Dental” link under the topic “2014 Online Changes and Open Enrollment Forms”.

WSU hosts 50th Murrow Symposium on April 6, featuring industry leaders and livestream access
