Associate Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer

On Tuesday, April 3, all WSU faculty and staff will be invited to participate in our biennial Employee Engagement survey. Across the WSU system, our employees offer an energetic learning environment for WSU students every single day. That’s why it is so important that we learn more about how we can support you better.

We want to hear from you. Employees will receive a link at their WSU email addresses or, for those without a WSU email address, a survey will be sent to their mailing address on record. This year’s online survey will not require employees to enter a WSU ID to initiate the survey.

A new feature this year includes increased accountability for results. Once the results have been compiled and distributed, Human Resources Services will ask each Chancellor, Dean and Vice President to develop a comprehensive response plan and progress report that will address specific issues and concerns identified. These plans will be shared with the President and Provost to incorporate into annual performance reviews.

The results of this survey will allow us to gather valuable feedback on employee engagement and satisfaction in the workplace. Your candid response will help ensure WSU delivers on our commitment to provide a workplace built on integrity, trust and respect.
