PULLMAN – Rainy weather may have forced WSU and Gonzaga to reslate yesterday’s and today’s baseball games, but sunny weather appears to be on tap for three games against Stanford at Bailey-Brayton Field.
 
Here’s the schedule for the three Stanford games and the current weather forecast as of 11 a.m. Wednesday
 
  • 5:30 p.m. Friday, May 1 — sunny, 0% chance of rain, 62 degrees
  • 1 p.m. Saturday, May 2 — partly sunny, 20% chance of rain, 69 degrees
  • 12 p.m. Sunday, May 3 — cloudy, 40% chance of rain, 56 degrees
 
WSU Cougs are currenlty in second place in the Pac-10.
 
As for the Gonzaga games, the April 28 game in Spokane has been postponed to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 19. And, today’s April 29 meeting has been cancelled.
 
The Zags and WSU have split a pair of meetings this season. Washington State (21-18) won 8-4 in Pullman on March 3 and Gonzaga (28-13) posted a 17-6 victory in Spokane on April 14.
