Try WSU’s new interactive service map

PULLMAN – A new interactive online map allows people to better locate and contact WSU resources available throughout the state.

Categories can be selected to determine what the map will display, including:

• WSU campuses, extension offices, or other WSU facilities
• Other public universities, as well as community and technical colleges
• Offices of the state’s Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development™
• Economic development agencies and resources

Click on a location symbol and you will get not only an address and phone number, but also an e-mail link and URL.

“Our job in economic development is to help people put their skills to work, but to do that we need ways to help business owners connect with the appropriate resources,” said John Gardner, WSU vice president for economic development and extension. “We need to look at the galaxy of resources in the state and see constellations rather than random stars.”

The map is ONLINE @ http://wsuwest.wsu.edu/map.
