PULLMAN – During the week of April 14-18, WSU Dining Services will offer patrons a journey of culinary adventure featuring “A Taste of Thailand” at each of their three primary dining facilities.

Cultural information about Thailand will also circulate in the dining facilities throughout the week.  Look for information about government, economy, language, cuisine and culture.

A Taste of Thailand is the last installment in Dining Services’ Passport To A Culinary Adventure.  Dining Services invites students, faculty, staff and members of the Pullman community to submit suggestions for recipes and themes as we begin preparing for our Adventure during the 2008-2009 academic year.

Throughout the April 14-18 week, the following menu items will be available:

Monday – Kow Moo Dang (Barbeque Pork on Rice)
Tuesday – Gang Gai & Rad Nah (Chicken Curry & Noodles in Gravy)
Wednesday – Kow Mun Gai (Chicken on Rice with Hot Yellow Bean Sauce)
Thursday – Gang Naw Mai Neuw Sub & Kow Pad (Beef Bamboo Shoot Curry & Fried Rice)
Friday – Mussel Sprout Pancakes and Pad Thai Noodles
Northside Café (11 a.m. – 2 p.m., Monday – Friday)
Monday – Lemongrass Chicken and Thai Jasmine Rice
Tuesday – Hot and Sour Soup with Shrimp and Mango with Sticky Rice
Wednesday – Beef Panang, Thai Red Cargo Rice, and Thai Vegetables in Coconut Sauce
Thursday – Garlic & Pepper Chicken and Boy Choy in Thai Garlic Sauce
Friday – Green Beans and Shrimp with Sticky Rice
Southside Café (11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Monday – Friday)
