PULLMAN, Wash. — Washington State University faculty member and pianist Margaret Brink will present a Sept. 9 concert at 8 p.m. in Kimbrough Concert Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
Guest artist and trombonist Philip Brink will perform solo and accompany some of the piano pieces.
The performance will include Robert Erickson’s “General Speech” (1969) for solo trombone (with theatrical effects) and Manuel de Falla’s “Fantasia Baetica” (1919) for solo piano.
