High School Students, Families Get a WSU Preview

PULLMAN, Wash. – More than 800 students and their families will get to experience a day on the Washington State University campus first hand when they visit the Pullman campus Feb. 10 and 24, and March 10.

“WSU Preview” will begin each day at 8:45 a.m. in the Compton Union Building’s Carey Ballroom with check-in and a department fair that features more than 30 WSU academic units and organizations.

Participants can sample college classes; visit residence halls, sororities and fraternities; and check out some of WSU’s unique facilities like the most advance electronic classroom in the Northwest, the student-run television and radio stations, the award-winning Student Recreation Center and more.

The day’s schedule also includes lunch in a university dining center and a walking tour of campus. The $10-per-person cost covers the daylong event and lunch.

Wells Fargo Bank is sponsoring the event.
