Wynonna in Concert Sept. 23 at WSU

PULLMAN, Wash. — Tickets will go on sale Aug. 1 to see Wynonna Judd, former member of the mother-daughter country singing duo, The Judds, perform at Washington State University on Sept. 23.

WSU’s Beasley Performing Arts Coliseum will host Wynonna’s “Red, Wy & Blues” concert at 7:30 p.m.

The country music diva is renowned for her earthy and soulful sound and has often been called that “singer of rare power.” As a member of The Judds, Wynonna sold more than 20 million records, and won five Grammy Awards and nine Country Music Association Awards.

She also performs a new rendition of Elvis’s “Burning Love” for Disney’s summer film, “Lilo & Stitch.”
