Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week

PULLMAN, Wash. — Several activities are planned as Washington State
University celebrates Graduate and Student Appreciation Week April 17-21.

Organized by the Graduate and Professional Student Association at
Washington State University and the Graduate and Professional Student
Senate at the University of Washington, the appreciation week will recognize
the contributions of graduate and professional students to the university and
local communities. The GPSA and GPSS have scheduled educational, social
and professional activities to celebrate the week.

Highlighting the WSU week is a Graduate and Professional Student
Appreciation Luncheon on April 20 from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. in the Compton
Union Building Cascade Rooms that will include guest speakers and award
presentations.

A game night in the CUB game room featuring free bowling and pool is
planned for April 18 from 6-8:30 p.m.

Free refreshments and tours will be offered at an open house on April 19 at the
GPSA offices in the CUB, Room 308.
