PULLMAN, Wash. – “Little things: Big impact” is a workshop designed for farmers, and interested residents in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho, and will be presented by the Washington State University Extension Farmers Network, starting at 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, at The Courtyard Marriott in Pullman.
The workshop will cover research-based insights on managing soil biology, the role of soil microbes in nutrient cycling and crop rotation, soil carbon, and diversifying dryland cropping system. Speakers are from Washington State University and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
This workshop has been approved for seven Certified Crop Advisor credits. Continental breakfast, and lunch will be provided.
