Student Recreation Center Parking Lot Will Accept WSU Permits

PULLMAN, Wash. — In an effort to better serve patrons of the Washington State University Student Recreation Center, the parking lot adjacent to the facility will accept valid WSU parking permits beginning July 1..

Currently, parking at the SRC lot is available on a paid hourly basis only. Hourly parking will still be available for patrons without permits at 50 cents per hour or 25 cents per 30 minutes. Hourly parking will require patrons to purchase a permit from a “pay and display” machine in the parking lot and then display the receipt on the vehicle dash. The current credit card option will no longer be available.

Valid zone parking permits include orange, green, yellow, red, blue, gray and crimson. Other valid permits are visitor, conference, commercial, golden cougar (retirees), president’s associates, motorcycle, and moped. WSU housing permits are not valid and overnight parking is prohibited. Parking will continue to be free on weekends and university holidays.
