Lichtenstein topic of Friel art lecture

The art of Roy Lichtenstein will be discussed by Elizabeth Brown, curator of Henry Art Gallery, University of Washington, as part of the Friel lecture series at WSU. She will speak at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, in the Fine Arts auditorium.

The series is named for John Friel, a 1962 WSU Fine Arts graduate, and is funded by an endowment established in his memory by his parents.
