PULLMAN, Wash. – Members of the news media are invited to attend the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Washington State University, the City of Pullman, the Pullman Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Pullman Association.
WHO: WSU President Kirk Schulz, Pullman Mayor Glenn Johnson, Chamber of Commerce Director Marie Dymkoski and Tom Handy, chairman and president of the Downtown Pullman Association.
WHEN: Tuesday, Feb. 4 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: The Historic Pullman Depot and Heritage Center
WHY: Downtown Pullman plays a critical role in the economic, social and cultural development of the city and Washington State University. The organizations signing the new agreement want it to be a place central to their collective identities and provide economic benefits to the entire community.
