The reception style event will include guest speaker Lindsey Elhart (’14), a Boeing Airplane Sales contracts specialist, hearty hors d’oeuvres, a hosted bar, live auction and a raise-the-paddle program. Registration is $75 and can be submitted online at http://business.wsu.edu/celebratecarson until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12.

Celebrate-Carson-College banner fullChip Hunter, dean of WSU’s Carson College of Business, invites Pacific Northwest business leaders, WSU alumni and others to the event to help raise funds to support the college’s Dean’s Excellence Fund. The fund accelerates the college’s progress toward strategic goals and supports the Carson Center for Student Success, curriculum, technology and facilities. External support benefits students in the classroom and prepares them for a competitive, global business environment.

“Our theme, ‘invest, engage and unite,’ focuses on interactive celebration and networking opportunities for our guests,” Hunter said. “The proceeds will help us move closer toward our goal of becoming the first choice for students seeking a business education in the Pacific Northwest.”
