Sept. 13: Retirement planning for business owners

WSBDC-LOGOPULLMAN, Wash. – A free dinner and presentation about business succession planning will feature speaker Bill Stark, of Securian Financial Services, 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, in the BellTower, 125 SE Spring St., Pullman. A no-host happy hour will start at 5 p.m.

The event is co-sponsored by the Washington Small Business Development Center, in which Washington State University is a partner.

Stark will discuss how goodwill and hard work can be turned into cash when owners exit their businesses at retirement.
