PULLMAN, Wash. – C. James “Jim” Quann, former WSU registrar, died May 22, 2015. His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, May 29, at the St. Thomas More Chapel and Catholic Newman Center at WSU Pullman.
He worked at WSU 1966-90 and created the WSU Veterans Memorial.
