Cougars, FSN announce TV selections football

PULLMAN – WSU and FSN Northwest have announced that FSN will broadcast the Cougars’ football games against both USC and UCLA this season.
 
The announcement results in four of the Cougars’ first five games of the 2010 season being televised. Previously, WSU announced its opener at Oklahoma State will be televised by FSN with a 4 p.m. (PT) kick, while its contest at SMU (Sept. 18) will be televised by CBS College Sports with a 12:30 p.m. (PT) start.
 
The USC contest (Sept. 25) is highlighted by Young Alumni Weekend and is scheduled for a noon start, while the UCLA game (Oct. 3) is set for a 12:35 p.m. kick.
 
Starting times for the remaining 2010 schedule will be made throughout the season, depending on television selections. Both ABC, FSN and Versus will select additional games during the course of the 2010 season, with announcements made six or 12 days in advance of the games.
 
Season tickets are currently on sale. Tickets are available online at www.wsucougars.com or by phone at 1-800-GO-COUGS. Single-game tickets go on sale Aug. 7.
