Sept. 2: More input sought on five-year research strategy

PULLMAN, Wash. – The second town hall meeting about the 120-Day Research Study will be 3-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 2, in the CUB junior ballroom at Washington State University Pullman. A reception will be 2:30-3 p.m.

Other WSU locations will be Spokane SAC 501, Tri-Cities 209W, WSU West Conference Room 2, North Puget Sound (Everett) GWH 105, Puyallup Chicona Room, Prosser Faculty Conference Room, Wenatchee Stockwell Room and Mount Vernon Conference Room. A location is yet to be determined for WSU Vancouver.

The meeting will seek input, feedback and support for the 19 major recommendations from the study, including its five Grand Challenges. The recommendations will create the framework for the WSU research agenda for the next five years.

The first session was July 1. Comments received online are being incorporated into the study, with Version 1.0 accessible with a WSU network ID via MyResearch at https://myresearch.wsu.edu/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/StudyReportComments.aspx.
