SPOKANE, Wash. – Edwin Joseph McWilliams, former member of the Washington State University Board of Regents, died Jan. 11, 2014, at the age of 94.
A resident of Spokane until 2010, when he moved to Seattle, he served as a WSU regent for 16 years, including two years as president in 1983-84.
