PULLMAN, Wash. – The Pac-12 conference has released its 2014 schedule and Washington State University will host five conference football games in Martin Stadium along with a season-opening contest against Rutgers for the Seattle game.
The Cougars will conclude the regular season by hosting Washington in the Apple Cup on Saturday, Nov. 29, in Martin Stadium.
“This is truly an outstanding schedule for our team and for our fans,” said Bill Moos, director of WSU Athletics. “Having six games in Martin Stadium has not happened in a while and the conference slate of home games is outstanding.
“In addition, playing new Big 10 member Rutgers in Seattle on the Thursday night of Labor Day weekend should prove to be attractive in regards to attracting a great crowd as well as a large national television audience,” he said.
