RICHLAND, Wash. – William C. Kinsel, a professor in the School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Washington State University Tri-Cities, died July 10, 2013. He worked at WSU since 1967.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, in the East Building Commons at WSU Tri-Cities, 2710 Crimson Way, Richland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the William C. Kinsel Scholarship Fund at US Bank.
