Information Services will be performing maintenance on the Pullman telephone and voice mail system Thursday morning, Feb. 28th, from 12:01 – 1 a.m. This activity will cause phones on campus to restart. Calls in progress during the maintenance should NOT be interrupted but the phone will re-register once the call completes.
If you find a phone has not re-registered by itself on Thursday morning, please unplug and re-plug the network cable from the back of the phone. This will re-initiate the phone registration sequence which should correct the issue. This registration process may take 30-40 seconds.
