WSU Fulbright scholars talk about life, work in Germany, Algeria

PULLMAN, Wash. – The experience of living and doing research in Germany as a Fulbright scholar will be discussed by David Watkins, professor of mathematics, at the second fall 2012 seminar hosted by the Washington State University Fulbright Academy at noon Thursday, Nov. 15, in CUE 518.
 
Rachida Labbas, a Fulbright doctoral student from Algeria, will talk about her home country and her studies in the WSU College of Education. Among her goals is to give online feedback to English language learners in Algeria.  
 
Pizza will be served.
 
Spring Fulbright Academy seminars – speakers and topics to be announced – are scheduled for noon in CUE 518 on these dates: Jan. 24, March 7 and April 4.
