In order to become a UREC Fitness Instructor, all candidates must complete the UREC FIT training course on March 31 and April 8. This course will provide basic instruction on many practical applications of anatomy, kinesiology, exercise principles, cueing techniques, choreography, and injury prevention. It will also provide specific instruction of UREC Fitness classes based on program needs. The completion of this course does not guarantee employment and all candidates must attend a UREC Hiring Session on March 26 or 27. The cost to register for this course is $52 for SRC members and registration closes March 31.
