Extension specialist will help develop youth programs

PULLMAN, Wash. —  Daniel Teuteberg has been named the Washington State University Extension 4-H Regional Specialist in Mason and Grays Harbor counties.Teuteberg will be instrumental in developing and leading programs that will benefit youth and families in both counties.
 
Teuteberg will be responsible for working with volunteers, staff and county personnel to help reach underserved youth, evaluate program outcomes, develop fiscal resources and expand partnerships.
 
“Dan’s knowledge and background in 4-H, combined with his desire to make a positive difference in families and the community, will have a great impact,” said Pat BoyEs, director WSU Extension 4-H Youth Development.
 
Teuteberg served as the 4-H Youth Development Educator at the University of Wisconsin and also had positions with AmeriCorps and as a teacher, counselor and adventure camp director.
