This year’s Set the Trend is all about educating students about the benefits and importance of good sleep. Good sleep consists of two basic states: rapid eye movement (REM) sleep and non-rapid eye movement sleep. Join University Recreation and Wellbeing from 5 to 6 p.m. to learn about creating a sleep routine that will help you achieve these necessary sleep cycles.
