TAMPA, Fla. WSU alumnus Brian Tanberg has been named vice president of Parsons Brinckerhoff in Tampa, Fla., a global infrastructure company.
Tanberg will serve as the southeast director for Parsons Brinckerhoff’s ports and marine practice. The company specializes in strategic consulting, planning, engineering, and program and construction management organization.
He will be responsible for managing operations and expanding the firm’s presence in the southeast U.S. and Caribbean.

Tanberg received a B.S. degree in civil engineering from WSU and has over 24 years of experience in civil and marine engineering.
Parsons Brinckerhoff is part of Balfour Beatty, an international infrastructure services business operating in professional services, construction services, support services and infrastructure investments.
